At age 15, Aaron Charles was kicked out by his parents and forced to move into a group home. Seven years later, he bought his first investment property and now has a portfolio valued at close to $10 million. In this episode, he explains how he was able to transcend a life of uncertainty to become a successful entrepreneur, without ever setting foot on a college campus. Aaron also revealed some of his secrets to real estate investing and why he is committed to impacting and inspiring his community. I can say that this was by far my favourite episode of the Making it in Toronto series. I was truly inspired by Aaron’s story.
